NTPC Ltd has informed BSE that the Unit #2 of 500 MW of Mouda Super Thermal Power Station, Stage-I is declared for commercial operation w.e.f. 00:00 Hrs of March 30, 2014.<br/><br/>With this the total commercial capacity of Mouda Super Thermal Power Station has become 1000 MW and the total commercial capacity of NTPC has become 41814 MW.
