NTPC Ltd has informed BSE that during the 39th Annual General Meeting held on September 18, 2015, the shareholders of the Company have approved final dividend @ Rs. 1.75 per share for the financial year 2014-15. The total dividend (including interim dividend) for the financial year 2014-15 is Rs. 2.50 per share (face value Rs. 10/- each).<BR><BR>The date of payment/dispatch of dividend shall be September 30, 2015.
