NTPC LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Trading Window shall remain closed from July 20, 2017 upto July 31, 2017 (both days inclusive) as per the Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Dealing with Securities of NTPC Limited (Code). During the closure of Trading Window, Insiders have been advised not to deal in the shares of NTPC.
