With reference to the Outcome of Annual General Meeting in which the Company have intimated about the shareholder's approval received for reappointment of Mr. Vishnu R Dusad as Managing Director & CEO of the Company for a period of 5 years.<BR><BR>Further, Nucleus Software Exports Ltd has now informed BSE that appointment of Mr. Vishnu R Dusad as the Managing Director and CEO of the Company is effective from January 01,2017 till December 31 2021.
