S K Patodia & Associates, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 112723W) as a Joint Statutory Auditors of the Company (c) Declaration of Dividend of Rs. 4/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2022.
