This is to inform that the shareholders of the Company at 37th Annual General Meeting held today i.e. Tuesday, September 27, 2022, have, inter-alia, approved Alteration in the Main Object clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company by way of Special Resolution in terms of provisions of Section 13 of the Companies Act, 2013.
