This is to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and in compliance with the terms of the Code of Conduct, Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company will be closed from 1st April 2024 till 48 hours after the announcement of Financial Results for the Quarter / Year ended March 31, 2024, for all promoters, directors, officers, other designated persons and their immediate relatives.
