With reference to the earlier letter dated June 30, 2015 regarding Closure of Trading Window (for the purpose of financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015) starting from July 01, 2015 till 2 (two) Trading Days after the date on which the financial results are communicated to the Stock Exchanges.<BR><BR>Oberoi Realty Ltd has now informed BSE that the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015 having been communicated to the Stock Exchange on July 18, 2015, the Trading Window shall open w.e.f. July 22, 2015.
