Oberoi Realty Ltd has informed BSE that :<BR><BR>1. The Company has formulated the code of practices and procedures for fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information pursuant to Regulation 8 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Also, the Company has formulated the code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by employees and other connected persons pursuant to Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015.
