Oceanaa Biotek Industries Ltd - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Resignation of Managing Director

We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at their meeting held today noted and approved the following:<BR> <BR> 1. Mr. Xavier Jeyaraj Sebastian has resigned as Director and Managing Director w.e.f 28th July 2021.<BR> <BR> 2. On recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held today (i.e) 28th July 2021 has appointed Mrs. Anbarasi Thenmozhi Thomas, as Managing Director of the Company for a period of Five (5) years commencing from 28th July 2021, subject to approval of members in the ensuing General Meeting. Whereas, he is appointed as on Additional Director of the company w.e.f 30th June 2021.<BR> <BR> Further, the disclosures as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Regulations read with SEBI Circular no. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 is given in Annexure 1.<BR> <BR> Kindly acknowledge receipt of the same.<BR>
