Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 24, 2014, have approved Second Interim Dividend of Rs. 4.25 (Four rupees and paise Twenty Five only) per equity share of Rs. 5/- each, for the Financial Year 2013-14.
