Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 06, 2015, inter alia, has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 4.50 per equity share (90%) amounting to Rs. 3,850 Crore.
