it is informed that the Committee for Allotment of Securities and Issue of Certificates at the meeting held on 21.10.2020 inter-alia approved allotment of 11,400 NCDs of face value of Rs. 10,00,000 each, aggregating Rs.1,140 crore to identified persons at the interest rate of 4.64% payable annually.
