Mahawar, as Director (Onshore), ONGC, In this connection, Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Ltd has now informed BSE that in terms of clause 12.1(a) of the code of internal procedures and conduct for prohibition of insider trading in dealing with the securities of ONGC, as per disclosure received by ONGC, Shri V. P. Mahawar, and his dependents hold 1272 equity shares of ONGC as on August 01, 2015 i.e. date of his assumption of Charge of the post of Director (Onshore), ONGC.
