OLYMPIC CARDS LTD. - Announcement Under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Updates (Reg 24(A) Fine Waiver Requested)

This is in reply to your email dated 28.6.2024 & 15.07. 2024 regarding delayed compliance of Regulation 24A with submission of Annual Secretarial Complaince Report we wish to state that we have filed ASCR pdf in the prescribed time on 30th May, 2024. But we could not file ASCR in XBRL mode due to some technical error in the form. We filled all sheets and validated the sheets except the CURRENT REPORT sheet. This sheet was not able to validate because the drop box was not appeared to select particular word. Then we sent screen shot to xbrl team and they asked to send full file. we sent file. The xbrl team had give required instructions to validate sheets. Then we could finally filed the report in xbrl mode after some delay. In view of the above and in response to your email dated 28.6.2024 we have requested in our letter No.OCL/BSE/2024-25/28, July 3, 2024 (copy attached) to kindly WAIVE this fine of Rs. 26,000/- plus Taxes levied by you (total Rs. 30680) as a special case.
