Please refer your email dated 07-06-2024 and our letter OCL/BSE/2024-25/27, July 02, 2024 regarding non-payment of Annual Listing Fees ("ALF), for the financial year 2024-25. In this connection we wish to state that in view of poor sales due to poor market demand, we request you please give us time for further period upto 31st August, 2024 for payment of Annual Listing Fees as a special case due to continued poor financial conditions during the current year. This is for your kind consideration and approval.
