OLYMPIC CARDS LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 it is hereby informed that the Trading window for the purpose of transaction in the Company''s scripts by Directors ad Designated Employees of the Company will remain closed from 1st October, 2024 till the completion of 48 hours after declaration of Unaudited financial results for the quarter/Half year ended 30th September, 2024 in terms of the company''s code of prevention of Insider Trading read with SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015. Accordingly all the designated employees, other insiders o the Company''s (including Directors) and their immediate relatives have been intimated not to trade in the Company''s share(s) during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
