pursuant to regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Reguations, 2015 (Listing Regulations) read with schedule III of Listing Regulations, we wish to inform that Mr. K. Meyyanathan, Independent Director (DIN:07845698) of our company, vide his letter dated 30th September, 2024 resigned with effect from 30.09.2024 for the reasons stated in his communication. Necessary steps are being taken to appoint another independent Director. We attach herewith the resignation letter.
