Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015 (Listing Regulations) read with Schedule III of Listing Regulations, we wish to inform that the Board took on record the resignation of Mr. K. Meyyanathan, Indepennt Director (DIN:07845698) of the Company, vide his letter dated 30th September, 2024 w.e.f effect from 30.09.2024 as already informed to the Stock Exchange on 30.09.2024. Based on the approval of NRC held on 27.09.2024 the Board approved appointment of Mr. N. Sridharan (DIN: 01476574) as an Ind. Director of the Company with effect from 6.11.2024 subject to approval in the ensuring Extra-Ordinary General Meeting to be held on 6.11.2024.The details as required under SEBI(LODR) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI cir No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015, are given in "Annexure A" and "Annexure B" attached to this letter.
