Board of Directors in its meeting held today on 27.04.2023 recommended final dividend of @ 50 % i.e. 0.50 (Rupees) per equity share of Rs. 1 each for the financial year ended on 31st March, 2023, subject to the approval of members in ensuing Annual General Meeting.
