This is to inform you that 47th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company will be held on Saturday, 25th day of September 2021 at 12:00 Noon through Video Conferencing ('VC')/Other Audio Visual Means ('OAVM') Facility and the Register of Members and Share Transfer Book of the company will remain closed from Thursday, 23rd September 2021 to Saturday, 25th September 2021 (both days inclusive).
