OMAX AUTOS LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Omax Autos Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to clause 36 of the Listing Agreement and the provisions of the 'OMAX Autos' Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, "Trading Window" shall remain closed from July 22, 2014 to July 27, 2014 (both days inclusive) due to Proposed Board Meeting on July 24, 2014, for consideration and approval of the Un-audited quarterly Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30,2014.<br/><br/>During the above-mentioned period, all senior/designated employees including consultant. Auditors and RTA of Omax Autos Ltd have been advised not to involve in any transaction of purchase or sale of the Company's Securities.
