Omaxe Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has purchased 7000 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10 each at a rate of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 70,000/- of M/s. VKG Landcon Private Limited on April 13, 2015, thereby making it a subsidiary.
