With reference to the earlier letter dated February 01, 2016, Omnitex Industries India Ltd has now informed BSE that pursuant to code of conduct for prevention of insider trading the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the directors and other employees covered under the code from the closure of business hours of February 04, 2016 to closure of business hours of February 15, 2016.
