Pursuant to SEBI(PIT) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of OnMobile Global Limited (the Company) will be closed for Designated Persons and Insiders from October 01, 2024 till expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2024.
