Opto Circuits (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 15, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/period ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>In this connection, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors/Officers/Designated employees of the Company from February 06, 2016 to February 17, 2016 (both days inclusive) for purpose of declaration of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter/period ended December 31, 2015.
