Opto Circuits (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 14, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and period ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for the purpose of trading in the shares of the Company will remain closed for the Company's Directors/ Officers/ Designated employees from February 03, 2017 to February 16, 2017 (both days inclusive).
