ORACLE FINANCIAL SERVICES SOFTWARE LTD. - Allotment of shares on exercise of stock options

Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd has informed BSE that the ESOP Allotment Committee at its meeting held on September 18, 2014 has allotted 88,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- of the Company to Mr. Chaitanya Kamat, Managing Director and CEO of the Company, upon exercise of stock options under prevailing ESOP Schemes of the Company.
