Noted the resignation of Mr. William Corey West, Non Executive Non Independent Director of the Company, with effect from close of business hours of July 22, 2015;<BR><BR>2. Appointed Ms. Maria Smith as an Additional Director of the Company, in the capacity of Non Executive Non Independent Director; and<BR><BR>3. Appointed Mr. Sridhar Srinivasan as an Additional Director of the Company, in the capacity of Non Executive Independent Director.
