Orchasp Ltd - Redemption Of 1 % Unsecured Fccbs

In accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, we wish to inform the members that the bond holders have exercised their option to convert the balance Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) outstanding along with interest accrued, into equity shares of Rs.2/- (Rupees Two) each at applicable price as per SEBI (ICDR) Regulations and the terms spelt out in the roll over term sheet. Hence all the FCCBs outstanding along with accrued interest are thus being redeemed in full by conversion into fully paid equity shares of the company
