ORG Informatics Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Vinod Singh Negi, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company has resigned and has been relieved from the service of the Company with effect from July 31, 2012.<br/><br/>The Board of the Directors of the Company will appoint a new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
