Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended Company''s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting Trading in its securities, the ''Trading Window'' for dealing in the equity shares of the Company is closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, from 1st April, 2024 till 48 hours after the audited financial results of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 2024 declared by the board. The date of the Board Meeting for approval of the aforesaid audited financial results will be intimated in due course of time.
