ORIENT ABRASIVES LTD. - Further Issue Of Shares By Orient Advanced Material Private Limited (Wholly Owned Subsidiary)

Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that Orient Advanced Material Private Limited ('OAMPL') (Wholly Owned Subsidiary) has further issued and allotted 50,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each, at a premium of Rs. 990/-, on a preferential basis, to the Company ('the Holding Company of OAMPL), on 26th May, 2023. There will be no change in the status. OAMPL will remain a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company. Kindly take the same on record.
