Orient Bell Ltd has informed BSE that the next Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 22, 2017, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter/ financial year ended March 31, 2017 and to consider the approval and recommendation of Dividend to the members for the Financial Year 2016-17, if any.
