Orient Bell Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2015 and to consider the recommendation of Final Dividend to the members for the Financial Year 2014-15, if any.
