Trading Window to deal with securities of the Company will remain closed for all designated persons (including their immediate relatives) from 01.01.2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 31.12.2023. The trading window will open after 48 hours from the announcement of the Company''s un-audited financial results for the quarter ended 31.12.2023 to the Stock Exchanges.
