Orient Electric Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons (including their immediate relatives and any other person for whom they take trading decisions) in the Securities of the Company, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company by designated persons will be closed from June 30, 2020 and shall remain so closed till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2020.<BR> <BR> You are requested to take the above information on your record.<BR>
