ORIENT GREEN POWER COMPANY LTD. - Diversification / Disinvestment

As intimated to the Stock Exchange vide our Letter dated 30th June 2017, also based on the Shareholders approval dated 7th September 2017, the Company had entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with M/s. Janati Bio Power Private Limited (Subsidiary of M/s. SVL Limited) - Promoter Company for the purpose of disinvesting the following 8 (eight) biomass subsidiaries to M/s.
