ORIENT PAPER & INDUSTRIES LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that in terms of the ''Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by designated persons in securities of the Company'', the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for all the designated persons (including their immediate relative(s) and any other persons for whom they take trading decision) from 1st October, 2022 and shall remain closed till 48 hrs after declaration of the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending 30th September, 2022.
