ORIENT PRESS LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulation, 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in securities will be closed from 1st April, 2024 till the completion of 48 hours after declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ending 31st March, 2024.
