Patel, Executive Director appointed on the Board of the Bank in terms of Section 9(3)(a) of the Banking Companies (Acquisitions and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1980 has vacated his office on November 02, 2015 on his appointment as MD & CEO, Andhra Bank.
