ORIENTAL BANK OF COMMERCE - Vacation of office by the Director on the Board of the Bank

Oriental Bank of Commerce has informed BSE that pursuant to Notification dated January 30, 2014 of Ministry of Finance, Government of India, Sh. Narendra Jivaraj Kotiawala, Officer Employee Director appointed under Section 9(3)(f) of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1980, has vacated his office on January 29, 2017 on completion of his tenure on the board of the Bank.
