ORIENTAL BANK OF COMMERCE - Change in Directorate

Oriental Bank of Commerce has informed BSE that the Central Government vide notification dated June 15, 2015 has nominated Sh. Arunish Chawla, Joint Secretary, Department of Expenditure as Government Nominee Director in place of Sh. Rajan Kumar on the Board of the Bank from the date of notification and until further orders.
