Oriental Bank of Commerce has informed BSE that the Bank has formulated the Codes duly approved by the board of directors as under:<BR><BR>1. Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by Insiders and<BR><BR>2. Code of Practices and Procedures for fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information.
