ORIENTAL BANK OF COMMERCE - Assumption of office by the shareholder directors elected at E G M held on Sept 16, 2014

Oriental Bank of Commerce has informed BSE that Sh. Desh Deepak Khetrapal, Sh. Ashok Kumar Sharma and Sh. Dinesh Kumar Agrawal, declared elected as the Directors of the Bank at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Bank held on September 16, 2014, have assumed office from September 30, 2014 and shall hold office till the completion of a period of three years from the date of such assumption.
