ORIENTAL BANK OF COMMERCE - Fixes Book Closure for Dividend & AGM (Cut-off date for e-voting)

Oriental Bank of Commerce has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from June 12, 2015 to June 19, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on June 26, 2015.<BR><BR>The Dividend as recommended by the Board, if declared at the Annual General Meeting shall be paid on July 22, 2015.
