ORIENTAL BANK OF COMMERCE - Resignation of Director

Oriental Bank of Commerce has informed BSE that Sh. M. S. Sahoo, a Part-Time Non-Official Director on the Board of the Bank, nominated by the Central Govt. as per the provisions of Section 9(3)(h) of the Banking Companies (Acquisitions and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1980 has resigned and is deemed to have vacated his office w.e.f. March 28, 2015.
