Oriental Bank of Commerce has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on August 04, 2014, to take on record the Reviewed Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 (Q1).<br/><br/>Further, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 1992, the trading window shall remain closed from July 23, 2014 to August 05, 2014 (both days inclusive) in view of the aforesaid Board Meeting for the Directors, Central Statutory Auditors and Designated Employees of the Bank.
