ORIENTAL BANK OF COMMERCE - Appointment of Nominee Director

Oriental Bank of Commerce has informed BSE that the Central Government vide notification dated June 10, 2014 has appointed Shri S. Ganesh Kumar, as RBI Nominee Director on the Board of the Bank, from the date of notification and until further orders.
