ORIENTAL BANK OF COMMERCE - Fixes Record Date for Interim Dividend

Oriental Bank of Commerce has informed BSE that the Bank has fixed January 22, 2014 as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend. The dividend payment date has been fixed as January 30, 2014.
